*A mandatory hour each of consultation services and desktop time (equaling $125.00), or a mandatory two hour desktop time fee (equaling $100.00) are included in all creative services rendered. These are viewed as Good Faith start up fees, all of which (at a minimum) must be paid prior to any work being done. All Good Faith start up fees are non-refundable.
